The Lite tool

A real audit, three ways.

The same reporting engine I run on client work, stripped back to the parts that matter in ten minutes. No sign-up, no email wall.

Try it yourself

Upload a Sprinklr, Meltwater or native export and get the audit straight back. Runs in your browser — the file is never sent anywhere.

Open the tool

Have me run it

Send me your handles and I will do it properly — pulling the exports, reading the context, and writing the recommendation myself.

Request an audit

Just show me one

Not ready to hand anything over. Read a finished report first and see whether the thinking is worth your time.

The figures below come from an invented export, but the report itself is not mocked up — it is generated by the same engine that reads your file, including the reconciliation flag it raised on the sample.

What the numbers say

  1. 1Video outperforms Image by 1.8×, but Image takes 35% of your output. Your median video reaches 4,340 against 2,392 for image. The split of effort is pointed the wrong way. Shifting even a third of image production into video moves total reach without adding posts. Video n=20, median 4,340 · Image n=14, median 2,392
  2. 2Per-post reach in 2026-06 is 28% below your running level. The typical post in 2026-06 reached 3,067 against 4,241 across earlier months. This is a performance move, not a volume one — posting more will not fix it. 2026-06 is only part of a month, so this is measured per post rather than as a monthly total — the comparison holds regardless. 2026-06 median 3,067 over 11 posts · earlier months median 4,241
  3. 3Captions that ask for something convert 64% better, and only 20% of yours do. Measured on your own posts, not a benchmark, and measured on rate rather than totals so a viral post cannot skew it: captions with a call to action hold a median 4.69% engagement rate against 2.87% for those without. This is the cheapest fix on the list — it changes nothing about production. 8 posts with a CTA vs 32 without · median ER 4.69% vs 2.87%

\* Jun 26 is incomplete — the data stops on 26 Jun 2026. Its total is therefore not comparable with a full month, which is why every trend above is measured per post.

How this file was read

  • Engagement taken from the platform-confirmed total column in the export.
  • Impressions resolved by taking the highest matching column per row, never the sum.
  • Dates read as DMY.
  • 40 of 40 rows used.
Reconciliation flag. The components add to 104% of the platform's confirmed total. The components exceed the platform total — either something is double-counted, or the platform's total excludes a component such as reposts.
What Lite cannot see. Retention, watch-through and audience data are not in a standard export — they only exist inside the platform's own dashboard. The Pro report pulls those in, handles multiple files with different schemas, and lets you correct the column mapping by hand.

Or point it at your competition.

Same engine, built for TikTok. Drop in your export and up to three rivals to see who actually wins on reach per post, cadence, engagement rate and consistency — plus the three posts working hardest for each of them.

What I do

Four ways in.

Take one or take the set. Most engagements start with strategy and grow into the tooling.

Social-first POV

Marketing strategy

Brandverse frameworks, positioning and localised strategy — the same architecture I've authored for Persil, Skip, Robijn, Dove and Cif across five markets. Starts with what culture is already doing, not with a channel plan.

Meta / TikTok

Paid ads

Creative-led paid that inherits the organic strategy rather than fighting it. Built around platform mechanics, not a boosted-post button.

Systems, not calendars

SMM architecture

Content pillars, formats and cadence rebuilt as a repeatable operating system your team can actually run.

Custom agents & reporting

Bespoke AI tool engineering

The reporter on this page is mine. I build the same thing for clients — Python data workflows and custom agents for sentiment, trend detection and strategic reporting that hold up to scrutiny.

Pricing

The tools are free. Pay only for my time.

Both audit tools cost nothing and always will — they run on your machine, so they cost me nothing to give away. You pay when you want the thinking on top.
